COVID-19 Update for November 26, 2021

Per regulations we are wanting to notify you of a COVID-19 update for November 26th, 2021. We have been notified that at this time an additional two Residents of the Facility has tested Positive for COVID-19.

We will continue to monitor your loved ones for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 on every shift. Staff continue to wear proper PPE, and follow social distancing, and hand hygiene guidelines. 

All staff and Residents will be re-tested Monday, November 29th.

We continue to work closely in collaboration with the Summit County Health Department and follow their strategic guidelines to reduce the risk of transmission-based infection. For vaccination information and a list of all precautions that have been implemented to reduce the risk of transmission please ask for Amanda Monnard the Director of Nursing.

As mentioned before, please note that if you are planning to visit the facility, we are requiring all visitors to wear a face covering and to stay only in the Residents rooms for with whom you are visiting with. Please refrain from being in the common areas of the facility. We also ask that if you are not feeling well to please refrain from coming to visit the facility at this time.

Per regulations we are wanting to notify you of a COVID-19 update for November 25th, 2021. We have been notified that at this time a Resident of the Facility has tested Positive for COVID-19.

We will continue to monitor your loved ones for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 on every shift. Staff continue to wear proper PPE, and follow social distancing, and hand hygiene guidelines. 

All staff and Residents will be re-tested tomorrow, Friday, November 26th.

We continue to work closely in collaboration with the Summit County Health Department and follow their strategic guidelines to reduce the risk of transmission-based infection.

COVID-19 Update for November 23, 2021

Per regulations we are wanting to notify you of a COVID-19 update for November 23rd, 2021. We have been notified two staff members have contracted COVID-19.  All additional Staff & Residents were tested today, and there are no additional COVID-19 cases, and all tests were NEGATIVE among those two groups.

We will continue to monitor your loved ones for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 on every shift. Staff continue to wear proper PPE and follow social distancing and hand hygiene guidelines. 

All staff and Residents will be re-tested on Friday, November 26th. We continue to work closely in collaboration with the Summit County Health Department and follow their strategic guidelines to reduce the risk of transmission-based infection.
